Wallet and App Data:

  • When you create a wallet (e.g., using Glyph), we store:

    • A UserID generated upon registration

    • Your wallet address

We do not collect or store any private keys or wallet access credentials.

Some apps may use third-party integrations (e.g. Strava or Fitbit for Zenko Move), in which case you will be asked to explicitly grant permission before any fitness/activity data is accessed.

How We Use Your Information

We process your information for the following purposes:

  • To operate and improve Zenko apps and campaigns

  • To manage leaderboard eligibility and token rewards

  • To provide secure access to your profile and participation data

  • To communicate updates related to app features, prize distributions, or community events

We retain only the minimal data needed to operate your Zenko experience. Wallet addresses and associated activity records are kept securely and only as long as necessary for utility tracking or regulatory purposes.

If you delete your profile or stop using our apps, we will anonymize or delete your records per our retention policy.
